Junior Technical Support Specialist

JUNIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST Direct Hire/Full-time --- $40K-$50K D.O.E. --- Gainesville, TX We are in search of a junior-level Technical Support/Helpdesk Specialist. This role only requires that you have at least 1 year of experience providing customer support and/or technical support over the phone and no more than 4 years of overall IT support experience. You must have experience providing customer and/or technical support to users over the phone and possess experience providing support for iPhones in order to be considered. In this role, you will act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from users regarding IT issues and inquiries. You will document, track, and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution. As the Jr. Technical Support Specialist you will be utilizing an IT ticketing system in order to log your calls and help assist with issues pertaining to application, networking, and systems. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 1 year of experience providing customer/technical support over the phone No more than 4 years of IT technical support experience MUST have experience providing support for iPhones Bachelor's degree is preferred NOT required H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. is required

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
