Location: Gainesville, TX (N. Dallas Area)

SCADA Designer/Programmer: Provides superior support to Select Energy Services Technology/SCADA business unit. Select Energy is seeking an experienced SCADA Developer/PLC Programmer for the development of SCADA applications using Ignition SCADA platform.

SCADA Designer/Programmer Job Duties:

  • Works to design, build, test, and implement SCADA solutions for Select Energy Services.

  • Provides all aspects of support and work with a professional and positive attitude.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks with team or independently.

  • Protects operations by keeping information confidential

  • Confirms and QC?s technical and analytical work tasks by conducting tests; modifying as needed.

  • Maintains workflow and programming documentation for all work by writing and updating procedures.

Skills/Qualifications: ?The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of documented SCADA development/integration experience. Candidate will have expert understanding of automation processes and hardware/software.

B.S in Computer Science/Engineering discipline desired or equivalent job experience.

Must have demonstrable expertise in the following areas:

SCADA systems development, HMI Design, SCADA Historians, Databases, Ignition programming/Scripting, SQL Databases and SQL Queries

Desired Skills

Oil and Gas Field Experience, Java Programming, Python Programming, Ignition SCADA certification/training, Allen Bradly PLC/HMI experience, wiring diagnostics, advanced electronics, PLC Programming and ladder logic, Rockwell PLC platforms

Salary ? Select Energy is currently a expanding its technology division and is offering very competitive salary and compensation packages

Travel ? 35% of the time

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
