Job Description


Select's Senior Director leads a group of Directors over a specific Business Unit or Department with specialized experience and skills sets within their specific department. A Senior Director deals with the higher level issues within the Business Unit/Department.



The essential job functions include, but are not limited to


  • Communicate department initiatives across the area of responsibilities.
  • Support of the Directors as they support their department.
  • Budgeting analyst for area expenditures.
  • Identify and support implementation of new business opportunities for the company and department.
  • Drive consistency across their areas (safety, procedures, standardization, billing, operations as related to department functions, organization, technical training, etc.).
  • Acquisition identification, review, and integrate.
  • Review capital equipment needs and specs.
  • Engaged in customer relations.
  • Work with Directors and Business Unit VP for replacement of higher level positions.
  • Optimize asset and personnel utilization and allocation across all regions.
  • Work as a partner with the Directors for efficient and consistent practices across the business units.

Requirements


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:


  • Bachelors/Associates in related field or a minimum of 10 years of experience within the field and 5 years in a management position.
  • At least five years of experience in all aspects of managing safety as related to operations.
  • Must possess valid driver's license and be eligible to drive a company vehicle according to Select's insurance guidelines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to execute duties based off of instruction with little supervision or guidance.
  • Ability to communicate and speak clearly (bilingual is preferred but not required).
  • Exhibits qualities of a team player.

Physical Demands and Exposures


  • This position works in the field and/or climate-controlled environment. The Company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job.
  • Monday “ Friday, 8am-5pm.
  • Involves sitting at a desk for extended periods of time.
  • Needs high degree of concentration in a busy area.
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
